Ari (dovetail joint) withstands against tensile forces by the inverted trapezoid shapes fitting together. Although tensile strength is weaker than Kama with a similar function, it can be used for locations where joint length is insufficient since Ari requires short lengths for joint part. This joint could be actively utilized in design for its “removable” capability, therefore it can also be used for temporal assembly.
